Owner and Chef!
Diana has been a chef for over 10 years and an entrepreneur all her life!
Raised in Japan, she has always been familiar with the culture and food.
Diana is all about tradition and quality!
You can expect to taste Authentic ramen and other Asian dishes
when you dine at Ichiban!

For a few years she studied under Chef Masa, owner of Masa Ramen,
also here in Fresno!
​
Diana ran the Asian Cafe (seen above) with her partner Zack
for 10 years, serving traditional Thai/Lao food right here in Fresno!
Asian Cafe closed at the end of 2018 to commit to
Ichiban Ramen and Poki, which opened in January 2018.
ZACK
Artist and Creative director,
he is the man behind the murals!
From Asian Cafe to Ichiban, Zack has transformed the dining experience to be an eat-in gallery.
While he was always into art, he was recently introduced to Anime series, like Dragon Ball Z and Naruto!
These inspired him to fuse both traditional and modern
Japanese Art.
